Chef Maria Santos and her husband Carlos opened Seaside Bistro with one clear idea: make a place where anniversaries and random Tuesdays both feel worth dressing up for.
What started as a 30-seat dining room is now a local anchor for birthday dinners, date nights, and visiting family. We still run on the same values: fresh ingredients, kind pacing, and zero pretense.

We launched with 30 seats, one handwritten menu board, and a tiny prep kitchen.

Harbor Room Added
We added a private room for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and team gatherings.

Our weekly ordering shifted fully to local dock partners and nearby produce farms.

Our Daily Rhythm
Simple routines, repeated daily, so the room feels smooth and welcoming every night.
3 PM Fish Huddle
Every afternoon, kitchen and front-of-house review the dock report and lock in specials together.
4 PM Family Meal
Before service, the whole team eats together and reviews pacing notes for the night.
